TEAMS 1/2/3 – TRAINING MONDAYS AT ALDERBROOK SCHOOL, 7-9PM
TEAMS 4/5/6 – TRAINING WEDNESDAYS AT TUDOR GRANGE LEISURE CENTRE, 7-9PM
We also have a S&C program running with a local Fitness Instructor and Gym.
